Made in Berlin and reconstructed in Basel while at an artist residency in the latter town. I called the series of maquettes I made that summer "extra-studio practice." The title of this particular object is from a remark that the painter Thomas Scheibitz made while looking at my work: he said: "Yours is a question of scale."
